Laboratorium

The commercial offer of Grupa Azoty S.A. includes the following plastic products:

  • polyamide casings, used as packaging for cold meats,
  • polyamide 6, 11 and 12 tubes and LDPE polyethylene tubes, used as pneumatic and hydraulic conduits.

FOOD GRADE polyamide casings are produced from polyamide 6. They are monolayer not oriented (not thermo shrinkable). Food grade polyamide casings are available in the following colours: colourless, white, yellow, red, orange, beige, silver, gold, green, blue, brown, black, smoky (light brown and others), transparent, coloured. It is possible to produce casings in a colour agreed upon between the producer and the consumer.

Polyamide 6 (PA 6) tubes are monolayer tubes produced by extrusion and vacuum calibration.Polyamide 6 tubes are available in natural milk-white semitransparent colour and coloured in all primary colours. It is also possible to supply tubes with improved sliding properties with the addition of molybdenum disulfide or graphite.

Laboratorium

Tubes from plasticized and non-plasticized (hard grades) polyamide 11 and 12 are monolayer tubes (hoses) manufactured through extrusion and vacuum calibration. They are produced in black and natural colours, as well as available in primary colours

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) tubes are monolayer tubes manufactured using extrusion and vacuum calibration methods. They are characterized by low specific weight, high flexibility and elasticity, also at low temperatures. Polyethylene tubes are produced in semitransparent natural colour and available in primary colours. Both colourless and coloured polyethylene tubes contain a UV light absorber resulting in increased resistance to light exposure (as denoted by the code L following the colour code).
